Terms of service

1. General

2. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our products are intended for general home use and are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in [EUR] and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. In this case, we will refund any payment already made.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3business days. Estimated delivery times are 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 6. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement (e.g. by email to [email]) before the period ends. You must return the goods within 14 days after your withdrawal. You bear the cost of return shipping. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return. The goods must be returned in unused, undamaged condition. 7. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at id.company@gmx.de within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Safe Use of Products
Electrical products (such as heating pads or heated blankets) must be used according to the instruction manual. Do not use damaged products. Not suitable for children or people with reduced sensitivity to heat. Do not use while sleeping unless the manual explicitly allows it. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design) belongs to [Store Name] or is used with permission. It may not be copied or used without written consent.

11. Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes
